Why Alabama will not get major NCAA sanctions

Because Charles Robinson and Rand Getlin are not going to turn over any evidence to the NCAA. Getlin said as much to the hosts of the afternoon JOX show in Birmingham. That means the NCAA can only obtain this information if Getlin and Robinson's sources take these documents to the NCAA and I doubt that will happen.
Obviously, in order to avoid a major investigation Alabama is going to self-impose a penalty, but vacating wins and championships seems highly unlikely to me.

Two things, one this is about a player taking money from an agent no the university paying players and two if they found evidence this year that proved cam was ineligible and stripped the 2010 title would you recognize Oregon as champion? I am not naive enough to believe it doesn't go on but this is about a player not the university and so far the NCAA isn't involved.
