you have no idea what went on at alabama when bryant was there. in those days, i seriously doubt it was considered cheating though. hell, money, cars, free grades; the works. in fact, it was expected. and bryant wasn't the only one doing it.

I am on record here saying I think Bear was best college coach of all time, but Bama cheated its arse off during many of those years. Everyone basically did. Kinda like now.

Maybe they need to go back an investigate how he operated back in the day. Hell, it's only 20-30 years ago. It should still be relevant.
