Saban is 7-1 in revenge games while at Bama, with his only back-to-back losses coming against LSU (2010 & 2011). Saban was 8-1 in revenge games while at LSU.

Has any coach ever had this run of revenge success? Will there be another team to beat Bama in back-to-back seasons?

One day yes. Could be saturday. This will be a great ball game. A&M is too talented and too prideful to roll over. Same with Bama.

Why are the LSU fans so attention craved this week that you need to bring up stats that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside?

Here's a stat:

Sumlin has NEVER lost to Saban.

Feel better now? Only a Reveille f'er would bring LSU fans into an ATM/Bama discussion

Why does this post make someone attention crazed? Why can't it just be a topic of discussion?

Because this same post has been made probably 20 times in the last 2 months. Most of them stating facts like "Saban is 7-1 in revenge games while at Bama, do you think he makes it 8-1"

What was the point of bringing LSU into it if you wanted a simple A&M/Bama discussion.

Be more interested to see margin of victory in those 7 wins compared to his avg margin in all other wins

Back on point.

Has there been a coach that was also known as a "revenge" game coach?
