Texas, USC, Mississippi State and Iowa will be getting new coaches at some point this year in my opinion. Obviously Saban isn't going anywhere and anyone who says different is a troll. Besides Smart and Freeze who else in the SEC are likely candidates to replace these coaches? Georgia OC gone to keep Richt there?

Are you implying that Bobo will be fired, or move to a better job?

Because there is literally absolutely zero chance he is fired.

Iowa is 1-1. They've looked horrible, but 6-6 is enough to satisfy them

Freeze ain't gonna be a candidate anywhere this year. Maybe down the line, but not this year. Smart is the only one.

You sure about that? I know Alabama is a premier program but Saban seems like the type who loves a challenge. Texas has the money to at least make him think hard about it. They also have the ability to recruit just as good as Alabama.

I dont think it happens but there is a chance.

Saban might jump to Texas or USC. I hear he doesn't like the Tuscaloosa fish bowl and would like to live in a big city.

And we have the money to make him forget about it.

Not with the contract that Kirk Ferentz has. I'm thinking UGA will have to make changes in order to keep Richt, Bobo gone even though the offense has looked good lately.

He's too old to start over again, he isn't going to coach forever like Joe Pa.

If they fire Bobo but keep Grantham, and think that's what's going to help them win, Georgia deserves to lose every game next year

Texas has a better chance getting Smart as DC than Saban as coach imho.

Saban is not old. I am telling you, he would like to live in a big town like Austin or Los Angeles where he could be more anonymous. I bet Saban ends up at USC.

Not as a HC? Mack is done in Texas unless they win out.
