re-purposing wine and beer bottles as tumblers, potted plant automatic waterers, etc. Need help coming up with a catchy name. TIA

Check uspto.com. Even if it is tm or sm it can still be used if it is not in the same industry or segment or a different trade market. For instance, say a bar has registered that name, it can still be used. The litmus test is if it causes confusion with another brand. Don't over think the legal stuff at this point. Just get to market and if somebody challenges you, frick or walk...
