Maybe I betray my noob, Yank, soda pop drinking, snow shoveling status here, but I did live in Nashville for awhile so I have a least a smidgen of cred. And I can't say I really understand Kentucky playing Western Kentucky......in Nashville? Do not get. I mean even for going out of state to play, I would get UK playing in Cincy with with Covington and the other suburbs that are in Kentucky there...and even at that, would only make sense to me if the opponent was an Ohio team.

But two teams from Kentucky? Playing in Nashville? Where does that end? What's next, South Carolina vs Furman in Atlanta? Vandy vs MTSU in Louisville? I mean sure there are UK alums and fans in Nashville but not an overwhelming amount from what I saw...what a whacky league this is. Its enough to make me cry into my carpet bag.

Why play them there when they'll beat you at home?

Yes. After Furman wins the SEC-W this season.

We don't play in small stadiums either. Doesn't mean Mizzou is gonna go play Missouri State in Oklahoma City. You people are strange.

I believe WKU's campus is close to Nashville. Maybe I'm wrong.

Didn't you play at UCF not too long ago?

Here I am trying to talk to UK fans and this will not endear me, but Dale has rendered it obligatory...

Nashville is only a few miles from the Kentucky border, and Nashville has thousands of Kentucky fans.

Right, and KC is in Missouri. You make my point for me. UK wants a bigger stadium? Go to Papa Johns in Louisville, its in your state. What they are doing would be like Mizzou playing Arkansas State in Chicago. It's like a midget with a three foot weener, don't make no sense.

Much like the Mexician border, meth production and trafficking has rendered the State of Kentucky an absolute war zone??

You realize that Nashville is only a few miles from the Kentucky border, right?
