Arkansas fans - Rooms in or near Fville for A&M weekend?

We have one room already and need a second. Are we SOL, or do rooms pop open during game week like they do a lot of the time in College Station due to cancelations, etc?
Any recommendations of specific places to try calling? Being close to the stadium/bars takes prescience over staying in a "nice" place

Walking distance to bars and (long walk) campus:
The Chancellor or The Inn at Carnall Hall (on campus). Might see if there's any availability at the Dickson St Inn. Its a B&B, and right in the bar district. "The Dickson" is a condo building that rents rooms for special events, too.
Quick drive to bars and campus:
Anything in the city limits of Fayetteville.
If you are desperate, you might try some of the crappier places along College Ave, like Days Inn, Motel 6 or even Chief Motel.
There's not really a shady part of Fayetteville.
