I don't think there is a state that is on par with their HS production of DB talent.

Patrick Peterson
Vernon Hargreaves
Etc

is it the large talent pool?

Hargreaves hasn't even played a college down yet, so we should probably use another example. It is just a large talent pool that always produces awesome skill players.

Simple logic would lead me to say yes.

BTW, how do you keep making alters?

I think it's safe to assume VH is going to ball out in college. Barring some serious injury. Dude was locking down AA HS wr's in the UA game

I think he will as well, but Janoris was a stud and there has been plenty of stud CB's that have played at Miami and FSU as well. Just always a ton of talent at skill positions from FL.

Yeah FSU and Miami have had success in that department as well. BTW, are you guys recruiting Kevin Toliver as hard as FSU is?

Pretty sure Joe Haden was from Maryland or somewhere up there.

By the time Kevin Toliver joins LSU in 2014 ... our secondary could be the most talented in NCAA history. Potentially 4-5 Five Star DBs starting in the secondary depending on what sets we are in.

2014 and 2015 LSU defenses are going to be mind blowing

Kind of... I think the coaches wanna see some reciprocated interest. Meaning a visit or something before they really put any pressure on him.

Yeah, no chance.

2001 Miami:

Mike Rumph, Ed Reed, James Lewis, and Philip Buchanon.

Three first rounders, one six rounder.

2010 LSU Patrick Peterson, Morris Claiborne, Eric Reid and Craig Loston. 3 1st rounders and 1 to be determined.. I believe this was the starting secondary against Arky that year.
