bless his soul and i mean that but i wouldn't think it would take more than one less cheeseburger at lunch for a week for someone that big to lose 20 lbs.

Seriously. Just drinking water for a day instead of food, Jeff lose 20 pounds from the amount of energy his body uses just lugging around. A day. 20 lbs. That's real science there.
