Photos of the suspects

I'm sure Jesse Jackson will "frown upon" this.

When they find them I want a public execution. They don't deserve a trial.

I'd have gone with "babboons," personally.

Kidding.

I am disgusted by this situation.

I think it's as much if not more of a youth in America issue than a black in America issue.

Pertaining to senseless crimes like this that is.

Maybe, if it's a racist comment, or if the interpreter (you) views it as one when it's actually not.

I honestly think that the term "ape" is a weak metaphor in this situation. The perps are not just subhuman in morality, they are subsimian as well. I'm not sure there is a term derogatory enough to express what I feel about the people who committed this crime.

Humanity has been lessened today.

The status quo hasn't changed, I must report.

That's a tough thing for me to accept, Tbird.

I wouldn't ever do something like this, and I like to think I've raised three kids who wouldn't either. At some point, sanity has to regain control.

Good on you and how you raised your kids

There's just always going to be despicable, desperately wicked people in this world doing unfathomable things to other humans

Yeah, I suppose humans are going to human after all, but seeing a story about two kids beating a 90ish year old combat-wounded vet to death doesn't sit well with me.

Maybe my view is skewed because I have a lot of vets in my family, but this just sickens me.

No, I come from a vet-laden background, too (hell, I'm wearing an air force uniform sitting on a flightline right now). This infuriates me, I get where you're coming from.

A few public hangings would put a stop to this type of behavior IMHO. In this case they should be hung within 6 months or less, no appeals, just hang the rotten bastards.

Don't understand. What possible excuse is there to beat an old man. Pathetic, human life. I hope they burn in hell.
