It can be that your school hired a good coach but passed up a great one or that your school just flat out hired a bust.

He was hired before my time, but LSU didn't exactly hit it out of the park by hiring Curley Hallman.

Brad Scott. He did get us our first bowl win but he was supposedly a HR hire from FSU but his best seasons were 7-5 and 6-5 and was 1-10 in his last seaon.
On top of that he was hired as a coordinator at Clemson after he left.

Doug Barfield... First "coach in waiting" as he was named coach while Shug coached one more year. Killed the staff and the program too a while to recover.
