This is gross, but strictly for personal reasons. My brother married an LSU gal and I like having Thanksgiving at their house.
But she turns into, well, a real "LSU fan" when the tigers are playing on TV. I don't know if I can sit through that on a full stomach.
I guess I can still go every other year, so there's that.

I don't blame you. I didn't care about this game actually being on Thanksgiving Day. My association with the TDay game is strictly with Texas as the opponent.

Someone that doesn't realize that 1:30 on Friday carries better TV ratings than Thanksgiving night going up against the NFL.

The article says when the game is at LSU it will be on Friday or Saturday, sounds like a good compromise. TDay night games at Kyle are how it should be.
I don't give a frick about Texas. Hopefully this will make it so that if we ever do play them it will be an early season game. I want LSU on TDay weekend.
