In your opinion, what's the most beautiful part of the south?

No right or wrong answer, just your take.

Give 2 being that everyone's got some Homer in them.

Being originally from Southern California and living either right outside or in the Sierra Nevada mountains I've always loved the mountains.

For me it's hands down the Smokies followed by the Pan Handle in Florida, specifically the Niceville area. Still waiting to make it to NWA to see what all the hype is about

Haven't been to that many parts of the south.

I'd say the gulf coast or Savannah...

I love Charleston. The smokies. The gulf. Western Virginia. North Arkansas. Hot springs area of Arkansas, and east Birmingham suburb area.

Basically, I love the south.

Edit: St Simons Island, GA.

Shopped. That's the North end zone, and there's no scoreboard on that side anymore

Appalachia, in general.

I live in the Black Mountains, which are essentially the Blue Ridge. Don't know of many prettier spots on this earth.

Bear country through and through. Definitely one of the last few raw wildernesses east of the MS river.

I like the Smokies. Just the air up there breathes better. It's hard to explain. I kinda want to have a house on Fontana Lake one day

Any of the shallow water areas around the Gulf and Atlantic.

The Keys are pretty nice and unique.

Oh, and Lake Lanier s water levels are back up at normal levels.
