what are yall classes looking like right now?

LSU finds out today if it gets its first commit in Craig Victor. He's a top 25 player on most sites. Went to St. Augustine in New Orleans and is playing his senior year at Findlay Prep in Nevada.

He's down to LSU and Arizona with Oklahoma State a dark horse.

Wondering how the rest of yall are shaping up.

Good luck today. Solid player. 4* SG for Mizzou so far. Have 1 maybe 2 more spots. Probably won't do anything though until Booker makes his decision.

We've got a PF, SG, and a PG. All 4*. IIRC, 7th ranked class so far

ETA: 7 on ESPN.

All 3 of our guys are top 150 players so far. We'll likely sign 6. Am pretty pleased with our class, but would have preferred Mitchell over Cornish.

Next commit will likely be Makinde London, a borderline top 50 guy.

Final two spots will be interesting. We're in the top 2 for Leron Black, but that's a long shot. Getting an OV from Kevon Looney as well, but that's also a long shot. May settle for Turman.

we signed a huge class in 2013 so LSU only expects to sign 2-3 this year. 2013 had 3 top 150 guys and a top JUCO player. The Aussie we got is really an unknown commodity but Butler, ND, and a couple others offered him

We have a guy that is a 90 composite ranking I don't know anyone else we are on.... When we get out new stadium recruiting should pick up tremendously

Alabama is shaping up to have a solid class. Three commitments so far, two 4-stars in the Rivals top 100 and all three are in the top 150.

We have a Top 40 PG and a Top 30 SG so far in this class. We're trying to get a few bigs now.

Once they update the rankings I think we will have 3 Top 100 players (Currently ranked 6th on 247, 10th on ESPN). All of them terrific shooters. I'm not sure if you guys have heard, but that has kind of been a weak spot for us in recent years.

So pretty damn good class for us, I'd say. Still need a big man, which we are hoping will be William Lee.

Hope the whole SEC gets it done again with the 2014 class. I'm tired of the SEC being the butt of basketball jokes.

It's cooling with the talent we will be pulling in for the 2014-15 season (The 3 HS guys + Ricky Tarrant, Michael Kessens, and whoever else we get ). He will make it through these next 2 seasons, and then he will be re-evaluated and possibly replaced after the 2014-15 season if he doesn't live up to expectations. At least that's my guess.

Our only official commitment at this point is 5-star (#9) C Karl Towns. Most everyone else we're in on likely won't commit until late.

The big ones Cal is pushing for (and seems most plausible at this point) is G Emmanuel Mudiay (#3 on Rivals), F Trey Lyles (#5), G Rashad Vaughn (#7) and F Stanley Johnson (#8). I'm also pretty sure we land former IU commit G James Blackmon (#33). I think he likes Booker as well.

That said we're on Jahlil Okafor's radar (#1) and Tyus Jones (#2) who he is rumored to want to play with him just set an official to UK shortly after Okafor set his. G Devin Booker (#27, 4-star) is going to be in town for either Big Blue Madness or our Alumni Game. Cal also recently offered F Justice Winslow (#16) and G Kelly Oubre (#19) to put some pressure on Vaughn, Booker, and Johnson IMO.

It'll basically be who commits first, but it'll definitely be down the stretch.

When you take our 3 commits plus the 2 transfers, we have a damn good class.

kick in the balls.... once he went to Findlay I think we were done. We are still in it for some huge names though so we'll see.
