I believe so. We split Thanksgiving every year between Arkansas and St Charles - and this year we're in St Charles. I figure the girls can go shopping, and the boys can sneak down the road for a few hours of football. I'm not going to lie, I'll miss playing LSU the day after Thanksgiving, but I look forward to actually making it to some games now. I know it may take some time to develop a rivalry between the fan bases, but considering my son (who is 9) will probably go to MU, I think the timing is perfect.

Yeah, people just gotta let it be what it is. A game. The other shite will take care of itself and define itself. The forced stuff does nothing for me.

Hello all. I am a lifelong Mizzou fan. Born and raised in south central MO. I don't make it back to Missouri much anymore but I still root for and follow the Tigers.

Welcome Segundo. Jump right in. You follow one sport more than another? Or both football and basketball? Any of the non-revenue sports that you follow that you might have some thoughts on? Glad to have more Mizzou fans around.

Mainly football and basketball. I grew up in Rolla but haven't lived in Missouri since going to Mizzou. Out here on the Pacific coast, it is hard to find Mizzou so I am glad to have found this place right before football season.
