Football season is upon us, and we have new posters on our board - Mizzou fans and fans of other schools too! So...
Check in, say hi, tell us a little about yourself!

I'm Semo, born and raised in the Dixie part of Missouri, with a short sojourn living in Kentucky. I love cooking, entertaining, music, college football and basketball, the St. Louis Cardinals and a good bottle of wine. And Jameson Irish whiskey.

My first job was as a piano teacher in a day-care center - teaching 3 and 4 year olds. It didn't last long.

UMRealist you can call me Realist.

Mississippi delta native spent theist 5 years in Oxford. Proud new member of the Mizzou board

Currently unemployed but I've got a few probabilities but I could pass them all up to move back to Oxford and bartend and work at the hospital bc who doesn't love college life amirite?

Wanted to post on the Mizzou board bc I liked the rivalry we struck up in basketball last year. Hope it continues for years to come

I'm Bama Bird. I'm 21, male (because apparently some here don't know that ). Originally from the Birmingham area, I've been in Tuscaloosa the past 3 years going to UA. I'm graduating in December. I also used to live in Princeton, NJ- the greatest place in the world and I'd love to go back there one day. I'm a lifelong fan of the Atlanta pro sports teams.

I love dogs (though I don't have the time or space for one right now), college football, classical music (late Romantic in particular), and Fall in general.

If I weren't going to go to Alabama, Missouri would be my third choice, behind Vanderbilt. I haven't been up there, but it seems like a really beautiful campus. Reminds me of a combination of Alabama and Princeton. I expect Mizzou to have about 8 or 9 wins this year. I think Gary Pinkel is a very good coach, even though you guys might be a little frustrated with him now. Ask me any questions if you have them. Thanks

Hey everyone!

I'm UMTigerRebel.
I live in Memphis, TN and married an Ole Miss alum almost 11 years ago and have two daughters ages 6 and almost 4. I graduated from Memphis.

I'm originally from Chaffee, MO and almost all of my family with the exception of my parents still lives in MO. My mother graduated from SEMO along with numerous cousins, and I have cousins and childhood friends who graduated from Mizzou.

I love cooking and wine, and spend almost every weekend in the summer at Pickwick (see avi and middle sig pic). I'm more than happy to share tailgating recipes, and am looking forward to our game this year.

I worked for Enterprise Rent-a-Car for almost 7 years and am now a pharma rep for an animal health company.

ETA: our family has a brick in the Cardinals' stadium and I have been a fan since birth.

I've been by Pickwick, but never gone there. I grew up going to Kentucky Lake, and I still prefer it to most of the Missouri lakes. Chaffee is just down the road from the Cape - hey, neighbor!!

Do you still live in Cape? My cousin is in Cape Rock.

And Pickwick is God's country!

Welcome to all the new posters. I appreciate y'all telling us a little bit about yourselves. Personally, in St. Louis and have 2 kids myself. 13 year old boy that is typical all things sports. Got a daughter whose getting ready to look at colleges. She loves Mizzou but also likes the idea of getting further away and expressed some early interest in Ole Miss so I might hit some of ya up for more info down the road.

Hi, I never really post......until right now.

I'm turning 28 in a couple weeks; I have the same birthday as Michael Jackson and I'm proud of that.

I'm also probably one of the only diehard Toronto Raptors fans who's never been to Canada.

Hey y'all welcome to the Mizzou board!

Originally born KC, but moved to Charleston, SC when I was a young child. Ended up choosing to come back to my home state for J school and then decided to go to law school as well. Now I'm living in STL and enjoying myself for the time being. Can't wait for football to start up again!

Missouri truly is gods country!

Born in California but moved to Missouri when I was 4. Currently a 20 year old college student and I work as a radio dj in Houston Missouri (hour and a half west of Springfield) and I am the program director of Espn 1250 which carries Mizzou so I get season tickets to Mizzou and we also cover the cards and just picked up the chiefs. I'm a huge Mizzou fan. Unfortunately our Espn station covers a small audience so once I can make it available to a larger listening group I can start doing player and coach interviews with Mizzou!

My name is svb, obviously. I am 16, male, and just started junior year of high school today. I love sports and especially the teams in my sig no matter how much suffering they cause me, I enjoy playing sports also although I am mediocre at every single sport, not to mention every other aspect of life.

The explanation is kind of boring. There's no NBA team to cheer for growing up in Missouri. Damon Stoudamire killed Missouri in that elite 8 game and he was the first pick ever by the Raptors so I started following them a bit and it grew from there. People always ask me if I'm from Canada when I go to games in Indianapolis and I get weird looks when I say no.
