Do they win a national title in 2010? At least a SEC title? They went 9-4 with losses to AU, Bama, LSU and Arkansas. I think with Cam they had the potential to win 3/4 of those games. It's gotta be hard to think what could've been if they hadn't been outbid for his services.

Cam barely beat out LSU and Bama and Clemson while they actually had a good defense.

With Cam they probably still would have lost 2 at MSU.

Probably.

They were already a good team with Chris Relf at QB. With Cam, they beat LSU and possibly even Bama.

2010 MSU and AU were pretty much even without Cam so, probably.

They would have won the SEC at least. Probably lost to Oregon though.

We probably don't beat LSU or Bama. AU and Arky came down to the very last possession without Cam so I say 10-2 and Sugar Bowl.

How about if Cam had never stolen a laptop and stayed at Florida?

What then, Captain Hypothetical?

No. Auburn had a senior laden team and talented players like Fairley to complement Newton. Even so, Auburn was in a dog fight in a lot of games. MSU's surrounding talent was not as good or experienced.

Plus Gus Malzahn figured out a great way to use Cam. Who knows if MSU's coaching staff would have found the same magic.

Absolutely. Hell MSU should have beaten Cam anyways.
