New Smart Phone...What is the best?

I am currently sporting a Motorola Droid Razr. I am eligible for an upgrade and am trying to decide if I should do it now or wait it out.
I have never owned anything Apple, but I am not against it.
Based on what is available now I am thinking:
Galaxy S4
Note 2
Iphone 5
Any pro/cons? What does the Iphone offer that anything Droid doesn't? I honestly know nothing about them.

I got the Note2.
Best decision I ever made. You won't be disappointed.

HTC One.
Pretty much identical to S4 except easier to use, less bloatware, much better looking.
FTR, Note 2 is too big for me. HTC One is borderline too big, but slim enough to where it is manageable but I would not personally go bigger bc I want to be able to comfortably operate a phone with one hand including txt.

TD hates iPhones so you won't get a positive review here.

My personal phone is an S3 and my work phone is an iPhone 4gsgs or however the numbering works I'm not sure. The Galaxy is awesome, tons of awesome features, totally customizable, but the iPhone has a bit better battery life. I guess that's really the only thing I like better about the iPhone, but when I had iPhones in the past, the batteries turned equally as shitty.

Not sure. I mean I use my personal phone more, and what not, and have a lot more shite going on, but I'm almost tempted to go to best buy and see how much a replacement battery is.

I like my S4 honestly. It's the first phone i've gotten with more cool shite than i'll use on it.

Big screen, stupid-clear display, and a lengthy battery life. Android OS is boss, too

FTR, I did a lengthy comparison between the S4 and ONE last month when trying to decide. Read a half dozen comparison reviews, went to the store to check out both, etc.
I would advise to compare those two as they are pretty much recognized as the two top smart phones right now.
Bottom line summary though: The specs are so close the differences are irrelevant. The S4 is more customizable, the ONE is more user friendly/straightforward in its operations. The ONE is considered to be better looking with studier feel to it due to the S4 being plastic, however you can't get a backup battery for the ONE if that is important due to its construction (you can't take it apart).

It's simple. Go iPhone if you like everything done for you. Update as needed and be happy.
If you prefer to customize, go Android. Tweak to your heart's content and be happy.
