Vandenburg also has destruction of evidence and illegal photography for his own gratification tacked on. In the indictment it says he either disseminated it or allowed it be disseminated which bumped it up to a felony. Under the statute he's charged with the illegal photography addresses photography/recorded taken for sexual gratification.
IOW, Vandenburg has a total of 8 sexual crimes. Plus 1 other charge for tampering with evidence which is also a felony.
