yeah the east Texas mafia or whatever, I don't see them playing together at all. and since Diaz is gone who was Malik's recruiter you have to think now would be the time for a team to jump into the picture, and even jump UT, with that program in shambles.

He's certainly one of the most intriguing guys right now due to the horn meltdown. Near as I can tell, we aren't even pursuing any of their '14 or '15 recruits (we're still working on '16 WR Reggie Hemphill and I believe he's going to come to the game this weekend). They have a lot of 2nd tier guys committed. But Malik and a few of their leans in '15 are definitely of interest and probably in play imo.

Spav took the chopper out for a spin last night to the Allen-Plano West game. Several top prospects there including Allen QB Kyler Murray, Plano West RB Soso Jamabo, and Allen OL Bobby Evans (OU commit) from class of '15. Also one of our top '16 targets is Allen's Greg Little. Apparently Spav got out and stood in the endzone and when Kyler scored he came over to Spav to shake his hand

honestly I'm saddened to see this board turned into every other Aggie board with just one clusterfrick of whining as if anything changes except you make each other miserable. I'd rather not call people out tbh.
