He has always been a "pay the players" and "let the rich get richer" type.
Each year he leads the charge for getting rid of automatic bids for the NCAA tournament and only letting it be the Top 64 teams overall.
If this were the case than we would have 14 of the 16 Big East teams get in each year and other sub .500 major conference teams.
