Does JFF get as much coverage if TAMU stayed in the Big 12?

I have to believe that all of this coverage on ESPN is a combination of him being a great QB AND playing in the SEC as well.

So do we more than like. Could have been A&M vs. Bama in the BCSNCG. You can play the what if game all day.

only possible way would be if A&M had gone undefeated and beat Bama in the BCS title game.

I don't think he would have wont the Heisman though.

I've been saying that all along.

Switching to the SEC likely kept yall from a NC

I know it's a long term move, but that's gotta sting just a bit. I imagine the UT fans get quite a chuckle from that as well.

And yeah I think he'd still get as much pub. He'd still be the Freshman Heisman winner.

RG3, Bradford, Colt had plenty of love in the Big 12, not to mention VY since that was a bit longer ago.

Hard to say. No win over #1 Bama on the road but you get the trade off of watching JFF against the B12 defenses. Likely doesnt win the heisman but his numbers might have been better.

If they played Texas A&M in the BCS Title game, how could they?

Hindsight is 20/20. It's also plausible we could have kept Sherman and had another mediocre season. I gladly trade 1 year of recognition in a regional conference that had a 5 year lifespan for the next 100 years of notoriety in the best conference in the nation.
