This is just as much of an indictment on Sumlin as it is Manziel. He's had numerous reasons to sit the kid down and help him get his shite in order, but it appears as he's okay just allowing the face of his team to become a media punchline.

If he wins it won't matter. He's not breaking any laws, just bothering people. If he doesn't win this season the way he did last year then you'll see some discipline I'm sure.
