I could be in the minority but I did like what I have seen out of Harris in limited playing time so far. He has not played much football and have heard nothing but good things about him from practice. Very high ceiling with him.

PM is hearing the ESL guys (Beckner and Strong) won't be able to make the game Saturday due to the 11am start time. So that's freaking great. We will have 1 uncommitted prospect at the game it looks like. Hopefully our December visits when campus is empty impresses these guys, because we aren't going to bring anyone in during the season I guess.

Empty and cold campus in late Nov and Dec.
A shame.
11 am starts really should be outlawed.
I can understand how a noon game is doable for east coast teams, but 11 am, it's the f'ing morning. I mean jesus, how is there not more out cry about morning games.

Seriously? It's a 2 hour drive and their game is friday night.
I guess I don't know what happens on an official visit but this start time sucks.

I think most if not all would agree with you. I just don't know that he will be ready as soon as next year to put up numbers like Ray is this year or Ealy did last year. He will only be a sophomore next year. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ray like numbers from him his junior year though. It just takes that kind of time maturing and gaining experience it seems. Though, with this kids work ethic, I wouldn't be shocked if he shortens that time frame. Regardless, I get a little worried about depth after that.

Leave at 9 and would have to go straight to the gate. Not much time to "visit". If I'm a high schooler, I ain't getting up at 6 on a Saturday just to make it early to a game to meet with whomever.

ESL has homecoming this weekend. So after the game they'll have their dance and stuff, so they probably won't get to bed until midnight then have to get up at 5am to leave by 6. It's doable, but I'm guessing they'd rather sleep in. I just hate how we think bringing kids in when the campus is empty and cold is somehow better than these big recruiting weekends other schools have. Look at UK, had a big weekend with lots of kids, beat USC and scored 3 4* commits immediately. That's what we should be doing IMO.
