I'd caught wind that this was the direction he was leaning.

I'll find out more next week and see if we could change his mind

Jarrett Stidham flipped to Baylor today, put a call in to see if he'd like some PT in the SEC.

Interesting that both Stidham and Mack were lead recruiters for their classes respectively and both have decommitted within the past week after being committed for more than a year.

I would love to see Kylar go play in Oregon's offense but he might go MLB regardless.

That would be like Storey decommitting for us. That would be killer.

Good to see A&M's class falling apart. I've always hated the Longhorns but now that A&M is our conference rival I hope Texas cleans house with in state recruiting. The rise of TCU and Baylor can't help A&M either.

Weren't we told that Merrick wasn't coming to Arkansas by the recruitniks? Did something change, were they full of shite, or did he just want 3 "hats on the table" for when he decides?

I don't expect us to be able to pull him out of Florida with FSU and Florida bidding for him so hard. Hopefully he's one of those kids that really wants to get out of state...

So you're a fence rider, easily divided?

anyhoo, reading 247 I see that Trent Hosick has backed off from BYU. He's a midterm enrollee, he seems to be a mess between the ears. Determined to be a QB, too athletic to keep off the field at other positions but doesn't seem to have the elite tool set to be a high level QB in major CFB.

Hosick will lost likely end up at Ole Miss if Kelly gets the boot.

This.

I've been reading the OM team board and enjoying their melt/apologizing over Kelly, and they're convinced they've got Hosick if Kelly's schollie is pulled.

It's been interesting to watch them turn from immediately wanting him gone to more and more justifying why they should keep him.

WTF are you even talking about? I never melted. I asked if Merrick was the guy we were told we weren't going to get. How is that melting?

What's more interesting is the HCs to put the Cross in front of them justifying bringing in and keeping kids with problems such as this.

"Yeah, he's a tPOS, but the Good Book says, nah who am I kidding, I get paid lots of money to wins games..."

Nutt has the best line when it came to these kids with his "He needed the team more than we needed him", sure, that's why so many of them learned valuable life lessons from the consequences from their actions and went on to be productive, successful members of society.
