Death penalty.

This isn't Germans. It shows SC is looking into it.
There are more issues than whether or not Clowny is eligible.
Like I said on another thread - there are laws regarding regulation of agents. They have been violated for sure. However there is no teeth to the violation. However; the old ball coach may not like the idea of JZ fricking around with his players. Nick Saban laid out very strict rules on agent contact at LSU and I am sure Bama. Of course I am sure he feeds to his own agent.
Back to the point. If Ball Coach and USC get mad enough they can intervene in the already pending investigation regarding Clowny and the Runner Rule. They can also look into if the AGs office has a potential for criminal behavior. Again - Clowny is likely fine whether he goes or stays. But If Ball coach is pissed - that is just the sob to come out publically.
But in the end. JZ loaded. This tends to make every problem go away.
A good question is what to you think Nick Saban would do? It violates his personal rules. Does USC have the same view?

From what I understand as long as Clowney hasn't accepted anything, signed anything, or verbly agreed to anything he's fine.
Yeah, what you fail to realize is that Jay-Z don't do shite without a certain level of bling or dazzle. If anyone talks to h that bling rubs off on them. As someone in the other thread said "it's impossible to think of a situation where this could have occurred and it not be a violation"

Exactly - its hard to tell who knows the correct answer - but it is easy to tell who doesn't know shite.
I'm giving accurate information and admitting I do not know how chips fall. Too many big pieces to puzzle.
The agent regulation information is accurate. I have not googled the Attorney's General's and SC legislative policy on recruitment of collegiate athletes - but there is one. Its being violated. But nothing will likely happen for same reason as always. $$
That is how the world goes round.
Wild Card - Old Ball Coach getting pissed and calling it out.

Some schools sit players out while they are being investigated as a precaution.
Then again... some schools sit a player out for a Tuesday practice after the regular season is over.
Where will Carolina fall in that pendulum?

And just yesterday Spurrier was talking about how Clowney had done a great job of not being a distraction in the offseason

He was talking about that today. I don't think anything will come from this
