If you want some legit southern food, the best tailgating in college football, and probably a better game I'd pick Ole Miss. I've been to Fayetteville and enjoyed it, but the stadium is out in the middle of fricking nowhere. As others have said though you might want to jump on this since it is the last time y'all play in Fayetteville for a good while. Either trip would be fun though.

that really was the most baffling statement. the stadium is right on campus and maybe amile or two from Dickson St, you could walk to the bars straight from the game if you're not a lazy shite.

Yeah I usually walk to Dickson from the stadium.

Ole Miss goes 6-6 and they act like they're the hottest shite in town. Can't say I'm surprised.

I've been to Oxford, watched a major blowout and the Ole Miss fans acted terribly. Kept telling us to fricking go back to Arkansas and were spitting and throwing things.

Fayetteville is a cool town. I live in Oxford, work in Oxford, went to OM, so my choice will be biased. The people in this thread who aren't OM or Arky fans mostly pick Oxford, and I think they are right. Most of the time, the outsiders win on this sort of thing...

Oxford. Love Fayetteville but you will enjoy the overall experience better at Ole Miss

ETA: Just saw its the last time you guys will be playing in Fay for a while, I'd go to Fayettville then. You will have a blast

Which of these games or better worded... which of these stadiums/towns would be most enjoyable to visit for an away game this year. I am already attending the LSU game. That was obviously my first choice but i try to make two away games a year. So I guess what it boils down to is what is the better visitor fan experience Arkansas or Ole Miss? Appreciate the help in advance!

Depends on what you're looking for. If you want to see a backwater USA town and a chance to see a Klan rally, Oxford is your choice.

If you want to see a great and beautiful university, beautiful scenery, a world class museum, and have plenty of shopping and dining options, Fayetteville and NWA is your choice. Also, it’s easily the most accessible campus in the SEC.
