Baby Hospitalized After Eating Grandmother's Meth. The grandmother is only 36 years old. I can't tell by the pic though.

I saw an article on this, and my first thought was "Please, please, don't let it be Missouri."

Seriously, that poor child. How awful. Every time I see crap like this, I become more convinced that anyone on welfare should be required to get birth control shots before they get their checks.
