Who do yall think will be a guy that has a chance to be an elite pass rusher this year for Bama? I know these guys don't grow on trees or else every body would have one. I think Jonathan Allen and Dalvin Tomilson have the potential to be those kind of guys. Just disruptive forces that opposing coaches hate.

I know a lot yall like Hubbard but when I watch him rush he looks a little lost. Like he doesn't really have a plan.

Allen, Devall, and Tomlinson.

That is the big knock on him. He rarely, if ever, employs any kind of swim move to the inside or speed rush around the edge. He just kind of bullrushes the OT but doesn't have the power/determination to throw him off balance very often. Most of his sacks are a result of great downfield coverage forcing the QB to hold onto the ball long enough for the OL to make a mistake.

This year? Maybe Hubbard but I see him more as solid than elite
In the future? Devall, Allen, maybe Tim Williams

Hubbard this year, he can put it together.

I think Allen will be an amazing pass rusher in the coming years.

Tomlinson is gonna be a good one too, this year and in future years.

Hoping Devall makes the leap this year. Very encouraged by what we've seen so far.

Really disappointed pettway fricked up.

I wish we could get some Eric Curry and John Copeland clones.

Allen's HS film really impressed me. He had that explosive first step and many times he was in the backfield before the opposing lineman got out of their stances.
