If he at least duplicates what he did last year does he bolt college station for the NFL?

I think Johnny's decision will impact his.
I could see Evans leaving either way, but would almost guarantee it if Manziel bolts

He will be NFL draft elgible after this season and where he would be projected probably impacts his decision.
If he is projected as a high first round pick it would be wise to go pro.

Maybe. It's a good problem to have. His route running issues and lack if top end speed keep him out of the first round.

He won't be projected high and won't go this year.
Dude has no refinement to his game at all. A physical beast, but needs a GREAT season running GREAT routes, and everything else a mature WR does right just to be drafted highly. Don't think it happens in his 3rd year of football.

I can't remember the Alabama DB's name now, but he did a fantastic job of covering Evans. To me Evans' very strong suit is YAC. He's a mean sumbitch and fights for the first down. I've no idea about him leaving early, though. Obviously I hope he sticks around for a while.
