I was reading the policy and it looks like no alcohol is permitted in the stadium lots, but you can only tailgate in stadium lots. Is this true? Where is tailgating with alcohol allowed? Are these rules enforced?

As a LSU fan, shouldn't you already know from experience since you are God's gift to college baseball?
No? Well, I remember my first beer at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha.

Don't drag this into whatever bullshite bickering y'all do on this board.
Actual advice from those who have experienced the new stadium would be greatly appreciated.

There's a large beer garden, fenced off area around the Mattress Factory where there are tents with lots of drinks, just outside the stadium
They are maximizing profits, bruh.
This is located about 50 yards from the first base line. I never made it around to the other area to see what was over there.

Yeah I figured there were beer gardens like Rosenblatt, but fans set up tents for tailgating in the surrounding lots at Rosenblatt. I was wondering if this is done at the new park too and how serious they were about prohibiting alcohol in the park's lots.

Park is downtown. Different set up. The lots are mostly like downtown municipal parking lots.
We parked over by the waterfront and walked a quarter mile or so.
There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Sit in left field or right field. I stayed with a friend out there last year and me and her would go stand in line about 4 hours before they started letting people in so we could get on the front row of the left field fence. The absolute best baseball atmosphere I've ever been in.
Sit in the outfield and have fun. The grandstands don't even come close to being on the same level of fun.

Sounds just like Rosenblatt. Not sure I want to sit in a line like that though.
