I don't know to laugh or get angry because I finally thought I had heard the last of Tebow playing football.

Good for him. They are short of TEs.

Can anyone think of another player who sucks at their profession who gets more love than Tebow from the media? I mean, we’re talking about a 3rd string QB. ESPN is treating it as if Tom Brady was traded to the Canadian League.

It's really not Tebows fault though. God damn ESPN pisses me off

This is the best thing that ever could have happened to him. Belechick likes "football players", period. you want to play football and get paid? Good. Show up on Monday and i'll tell you what position you're going to play this week

Yet the teams he actually is allowed to play for win more times than not when he is QB. I'm not saying he's a great QB but he somehow gets the guys around him to drink the koolaid and play better.

That said if he truely loves the game and wants to play... it's time for him to find a new position like TE or FB and maybe in surprise situations throw him in the QB spot.

Somehow, Tebow will get all of the credit when Brady approaches 5000 yards and throws 40+ TDs again

I don't get why Tebow just will not change position. Guy is built like a truck...why not play tight end...full back...something. I mean...why does it have to be QB? Something I've never understood.

Same reason Eric Crouch wouldn't switch to WR coming out of Nebraska. Dude was a freak athlete but he had been told his whole life he was a great QB and then his ego took over when the NFL told him to switch positions

I was ready for him to fade into irrelevance with maybe an annual or semi annual story about some charitable work he was doing or whatever. Oh well, it'll happen soon enough.
