I guess he's better than what will be on the roster next year. Charlotte's 3rd or 4th best player? Charlotte? CUSA? Really? I guess the same thing could have been said about Shamburger but I guess I just wouldn't expect much more contribution than we got from Shamburger. Steady but no difference maker.

Watched what little video I could find on him and he's definitely a better option than Rosburg. No question.

I like as a 1 year option with Thorn. gives us an additional scholarship to recruit with in '16.

I don't necessarily like it but I guess if we can't get legitimate bigs, he'll do. Like I said, he's better than Rosburg. But that doesn't make him anything I'm jumping up and down saying, yes, KA is doing his job. I think having to take a player like that is a sign of just how bad it has become but something is better than nothing.

Well in all fairness you've had an agenda since before this hire and literally complain about everything.

I expect Bello to transfer, & Rosburg to be the only senior next year. So I like it, in giving us 2 scholarships next season.
That's only if players like Thomas Bryant go elsewhere, which is likely.

KA and Fulford are visiting Kobie Eubanks in Florida today. They then are heading to WV to visit Bryant. Fuller and Loos are at the NJCAA tournament recruiting the JUCO kids playing there.

What agenda would that be? Other than wanting Mizzou hoops to be relevant and getting frustrated when things are in the crapper. I could probably list you a half dozen other big men that Mizzou went after and missed on, making this a plan F, if it's even a plan at all.

So are you saying Thorne would be an A+ get? Do you really believe he is an elite recruit? Be it a high schooler or transfer or JUCO player? Like I said, he's an upgrade but I'm not going to be doing the happy dance and praise KA if that's where we end up.

That is a plus. It does help balance out the classes a bit.

Mizzou HC Kim Anderson and an assistant coach visited Kobie Eubanks this morning and will visit Thomas Bryant tomorrow.

Step forward if they can land either IMO.

Are we even on his list? Sounds like VCU is high on him.

I just can't help but shake my head at where this program has fallen to. So damn fast.

It is hilarious that the previous coach literally walked out the door to a lesser paying job because he knew this was coming and it still seems to surprise people.

Everyone knew this would be a rebuilding year. No one predicted this would be the worst year of Mizzou basketball in decades. No one. It's hindsight projection to make us feel better about how far our program has fallen. It's not working.

Everyone knew it would be a down year. No one knew it would be lose to UMKC bad. Hell, I could have even lived with that loss if there were consistent signs of improvement throughout the year. There wasn't.

between now and 2018 there will be 3 or 4, 5 star MO kids. It would be a huge disappointment if we don't get at least ONE. Tatum, Ramey, and the Porter brothers.

I know Ramey runs an AAU basketball team in the STL area. Who is the particular Ramey kid that is going to be a 5 star?

Bryant's senior year highlights. Really would fill a huge need. Defensively on the inside if nothing else. The rest is hard to tell because 90% of it is dunks after a break out. Did see a few occasions where he actually posted up and used an interior move.

Keeping my fingers crossed.
