Agreed. It won't be long before they hate parts of a beach but the scenery will overshadow that.

This should help prevent ankle injuries too. I personally loved running in the sand but I was partial to anything lower body (twss).

Sand will really help with balance, especially with OL and DL. Sand is well known for training.
