What's the point?

The only thing I can gather is that people in Starkville are poor as frick, but the people in College Station are not much better.

i'm confused by all the of the crime rate percentages - insert 'what does it mean' gif. are those total # of crimes or certain crimes or is it a percent by population or what???

If I had to live in one of those towns it would have to be Fayetteville.

Scratch that, he just added part 2 that includes BR.
