Using your counting, you could have 15 co championships and you still would've said you have 15 conference titles. Leaves room for error and interpretation

If you did that, you don't understand what a conference championship is
A conference champion is whoever wins the conference. If you share that title, you weren't the champion. They cut the trophy in half to make everyone feel better, but its meaningless
