This seems kind of flawed to me. If I'm calling the cable/satellite company, chances are I'm not happy. If I'm not happy, chances are I'm going to be an a-hole to whoever picks up the phone.

Louisiana is #4 in both cursing and kindness
I believe Ohio is #1 as every Ohioan I've met curses like a sailer even to their mothers. My former roommate from Cleveland use to drop F bombs with his mom every day when talking to her on the phone.

I am absolutely serious when I say NO ONE IN LA could hold a candle to my mother in laws cursing (from Mass) and its nowhere even close
