Mizzou needs to join the Big 10.

It's embarrassing that we've been lumped into a conference filled with uneducated Southerners by our more intellectually equal peers in the Big 10. The comments by tOSU's president made me realize what a horrible mistake Mizzou made by choosing to associate with the SEC.

I don't think the B1G wanted you as much as you wanted them honestly. Not saying Mizzou isn't wanted, but Nebraska was the big fish the B1G wanted. The are expanding into the east coast and metro areas now further too.

You do realize that the conference they chose to join consists of institutions of higher learning? You know, where folks go to continue their education.

It's nothing personal against you guys. You're good people, but the point of a university is higher education, not athletics. I just feel that Mizzou should have strived to join the elite ranks of academics with the Big 10.

Hey, we're saying the same thing man. It's embarrassing that we let in a 2nd rate athletic program that doesn't offer anything except a yankee accent. Instead of being a bottom-dweller here, y'all could be a middle-of-the-road BIG team.
