Renfroe should have been POY. And Yaz has no business on first team, especially with Connor Harrell on 2nd team.

That's what happens when you only pitch to Non-Cons.

He slumped the last 2.5 weeks of the year and his avg dropped some .38. He still is the highest rated position player from the SEC in next week's draft.

Beede was a weekend starter and was 11-0 against SEC opponents this year

SEC PITCHER OF THE YEAR - Aaron Nola, LSU

This comes as a bit of a surprise to me as everyone on here told us that Ryne Stanek was the best pitcher in the SEC. I sort of believed it too.

Happy for Nola for sure though......another year with him is going to be fantastic.

Miss State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Florida, Auburn, and on. No losses and only one non-decision on the year. You don't think he was robbed?

You really couldn't go wrong with Nola or Beede as Pitcher of the Year. It's hard to imagine that he didn't even get 1st team with the season he had. But let's face it, this conference is ridiculously stacked.
