So Happy the Aggies are in the SEC

I hope they pull the #1 recruiting class in the nation, all from Texas, this year. I cannot wait for the SEC brand to be spread all over the state of Texas, far and wide just like the SWC for years to come!
OSU, Texas Tech and Missouri benefitted greatly when Arkansas left for the SEC and they joined the Big12. History is slowly repeating itself in reverse. The tables have turned as the Aggies increase the SEC brand in the state of Texas, Arkansas is clapping with joy as it puts our name right back in the middle of Texas. Being the second closest school to Dallas the kids have even more choices now they are surrounded by the SEC brand.
I am also glad Missouri came over as they used to pull kids from Texas but now sit 315 miles north of Arkansas in the same conference and different division. Missouri should pull Illinois kids as they put more players into the NFL from their high school's than the state of Alabama.
I am excited having Arkansas as the second closest SEC school to Dallas. Thank you Aggies for coming over as this will royally piss off OU and OSU with both of our success. OSU and OU hated battling for the SWC talent when Arkansas and Texas A&M were in the same conference.
As Texas A&M gets stronger so does Arkansas. We dominated the Aggies for over 70 years when we pulled from the same talent pool even though they always put more into the pros but didn't matter in college.
Here is to history repeating itself.
P.S. Please take our Thanksgiving Day game and really piss off Texas some more. Arkansas fans would love to have a nationally televised game bigger than LSU at the end of the year. Please give us an even bigger game and our 3rd in Texas every other year.

A good way to spin the situation.
Even though I hate both he new additions, they provide a hell of a lot to the conference and give a big slap in the face to the other conferences considering there is already another national title contender that came out of the blue.

Arkansas used to be submerged in the Texas talent in the SWC. Then we moved conferences and they formed the Big12. This helped exclude Arkansas because even Missouri played more games close to all those kids living and growing up in Texas while Arkansas did not. Over 20 years we faded out of Texas and the recruits
Now. Missouri is in our conference selling the same brand, 315 miles north of us, and so is Texas A&M all while we are the second closest to Dallas and 3rd to Houston. It completely alters the mindset of those kids who previously knew the Big12 and nothing of Arkansas before hand.
Glad to have the Aggies back.

So your hopes are to have a non-conference, out of state rivalry game at the end of the year and somehow make it relavant enough to outshine LSU-Texas A&M? Too bad it isn't the 60's anymore and the old southwest conference has been dead for decades.

Are you really trying to compare a team who didn't play a single game in Texas to a team who played more games in Texas than in their own state.. in a 20 year span?
Ha.
You want to use correct data? Analyze Arkansas in the SWC and OU in the Big12 for a 20 year period and they turn out to be very close.

Arkansas in 2014 will play 2 games every other year in Texas. Now if the Aggies can piss of Texas enough we could add a 3rd... We in Bid'Ness.
Arkansas vs Texas > LSU vs TAMU. Come on Aggies. Piss offTexas as much as possible.
