The permanent cross division games are not fair! ***NEED EXPLANATION***

Why in the world does State have to play powerhouse Kentucky every year, while LSU gets to play lowly Florida? It's just not fair. This is the sole reason why I hate permanent cross division games. How do they expect the system to keep up with screwing Mississippi State year in and year out?

And Ole Miss is stuck with Vandy!
OLE MISS SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PLAY VANDY EVERY YEAR!

Florida just lucked up and got the easy team I guess.

I know, it's ridiculous.

I agree. Vandy has become too much of a powerhouse for us Rebels. Those guys got it made drawing the black bears.

I have never seen a Florida fan bitching about playing lsu.....

Florida is just lucky they don't come to Oxford every other year. Then they'd be bitching.

Why do I get the distinct impression that people -- other than Alabama fans -- are starting to get tired of the incessant schedule bitching?

At some point, Florida will go through a period of suckitude.
And Kentucky will be a great team.
LSU will find itself in the cellar.
And Tennessee will find its stride.
Alabama will curl up in a fetal position, while others score all over 'em.
And MSU will excel. Well ... not excel, but win more than they lose.
College football: It's all about cycles.

I stand corrected.
My apologies.
My apologies.

No problem. I didn't think you realized that this was a troll thread

Well, they can't beat Vandy, so they probably don't want to play them.

I knew the thread was a troll; but the premise is a legitimate one.
On the surface--at any given period of time--some teams are stuck playing national powerhouses, while others reap the benefits of going against weaklings.
Everything is temporary; and this, too, shall pass.
