Some crazy shite. Apparently this guy was murdered, possibly beheaded, in broad daylight on a busy street with meat cleavers, etc.

I wonder if the lady that walked past him was a Muslim. She didn't seem afraid, act as if nothing happened. I was like WTF.

There are three possible reasons she acted this way:
1) She was terrified but still needed to pass so she acted as insignificant as possible so not to draw attention.
2) She's muslim and perfectly fine with what happened.
3) She's batshit crazy, oblivious to her surroundings.
I'm leaning toward number 3 with number 2 not far behind...

If there was a knife-wielding, blood-covered guy near me I would try to act as calm as possible.
WTF is up with british cops not normally carrying guns, and taking 30 minutes to arrive to the scene of a murder with said murderers still at the scene.

They haven't carried guns since (if I'm remebering corectly) the 19th Century. There are some special forces in their departments that are trianed to carry guns. Your ordinary bobby will have a baton, a taser and incapacitant spray (kinda like mace).
The UK gun laws are very restrictive and lots of guns are prohibitted.
ETA: I just remembered that "self-defense" is not a legitimate reason to own a gun in the UK

Not at all. I was just making the general statement that extremists are nuts and that extremists aren't exclusive to the Muslim religion unfortunately. Not looking to debate who is worse/better.
