Our defense and pitching are decent. Our hitting is horrid. Hopefully it'll improve next year and the new stadium will help bring in some better talent.

Did they release plans for the new stadium? When is it supposed to be built? I know The Joe is old...but it's not as bad as some of you make believe. A new stadium needs to be built, but the Joe isn't a dump...I've seen a lot of college baseball stadiums and your stadium isn't even close to being at the bottom...

Other way around. Our problem is the pitching, and how we completely fold if we surrender a few runs. We'll randomly give up these 3+ run innings but do well the rest of the time

It is mostly freshmen and sophomores from two straight very highly rated classes. They should be very good next year. Hopefully get back to a super regional.

what ever happened to the guilbeau kid bama fans were so high on because he was from louisiana? wasnt he a friday night starter last year as a freshman?

The Joe will be overhauled in three phases. The first starts next year.

This is a very young team, so is softball. They need some time to mature, both teams should be better next season.
