@JonRothstein: UCLA will begin a home and home series next year with Alabama at Pauley Pavilion. Return game in Tuscaloosa during 14-15 season.
Awesome news for our basketball schedule.

Good. I'm all for more entertaining OOC games.

Sweet. Wouldn't mind a football series either.

I could definitely see a football game down the line as a reason they'd agree to this series.

Nice home and home, was at the last three games(1 football) against UCLA in Cali, hoping for better results on this one.
If I'm not mistaken the last time Bama beat UCLA, it was early 80's at UCLA. UCLA was ranked one or two at the time and Whatley, Hurt, Mike Davis and crew pulled the upset.

Still pissed about Dubose going out there and losing back in 2000

Yeah, it was the night after Bear Bryant died. Mike Davis was on that team.

Yeah, the team went from the penthouse to the outhouse after one game.

Eeek.... plus we lost the return game in Tuscaloosa in 2001. That ONE game in 2000 signaled our return to ineptitude.... I actually DON'T wanna play them in football in L.A., why risk tempting fate again.
