AMS 205, taught by Michael Innis-Jiminez. Here's the description
I need a bullshite HU/L/FA class. This sounds like an easy A. Thoughts?

This course explores jobs that get you "dirty." Work is one of the aspects that most shapes individual lives, and many lines of work are viewed as dangerous, dirty, or somehow unsavory by American society. This course uses films, TV shows, written narratives, and music to explore different types of "dirty" work in the United States.

My minor was AMS. I had him a time or two. He's okay, but probably my least favorite AMS professor that I had. He's not a dick or anything, just kind of a dry teaching style. Most of the AMS teachers are pretty awesome, and funny/interesting.
You will have to write a few papers, but it should be an easy A for you.

I'm taking AMS 300 next fall. It's called "Football". I've come to the conclusion that AMS is the biggest joke of a division

No, they just have a very diverse selection of studies. You still have to do work in the classes.

I wasn't trying to shite on AMS. I'm in engineering. I'm loaded up on physics, compsci, and engineering classes - so I want my required humanities classes to be as easy as possible

Didn't mean to offend you or anything. I'll also say that Honor's college seminars are a joke as well (for the most part).
I took PHL 104 for a humanities- I don't recommend it; I clepped out of French and somehow that applied to another humanities credit

I took a class like that. It was called Engineer of 2020. The first day of class the professor basically said we have no idea what will be going on in the year 2020. Probably the easiest class I had.

No, you didnt!
I was just saying that most of the AMS teachers are really wonderful instructors who love what they do. It probably is easy, but I find the material really interesting. I didnt take any of the more obscure classes, though.
