I know it's early, but our big hitters havent even stepped up to the plate. I hope our good fortune continues through signing day. Could be a special year...

by June and July LSU will have a lead that will never be caught ... its going to be like one of those USC classes from the 2000's with like 7 five Stars or somthing crazy.

Don't get ahead of yourself there 225, anything can happen between now and February. Bama, Ohio State and ATM are all going to be in the hunt. Florida will have a chance as well. It's May man, just be happy it is going as well as it is...

Every year someone has a lead in June or July that no one can catch and every year they get caught by NSD

Step away from the ledge son. We have two. I don't see anybody giving us 10. 5-7 would be incredible! Let's not get too excited until signing day. A lot can happen between now and February. I don't want anyone to jump because of unrealistic expectations...

You talking about Barrett Jones? He who started on 3 different national championship teams at 3 different positions? You're right. He was definitely overrated by the recruiting services.

Take this as an unbiased observation of the rankings and LSU's recruiting class this year..
5* guys already on board:
Ed Paris
D'haquille Williams
5* guys expected to sign with LSU at this point:
Leonard Fournette
Clifton Garrett
Speedy Noil
Tony Brown
5* guys LSU has good shot at but will have to fight
Hootie Jones
Cam Robinson
And then you have a guy like Malachi Dupre who has risen to just at the fringe of 5* status and will continue to rise.
That, my friends, is a lot of potential 5*s for this LSU class.
I think you bama guys can stand us having the number 1 class for at least one year, right?

They can't stand to be second to anyone and will never admit to being so.Their fanbase refuses to give credit to anyone outside of their program,in any capacity.

While I agree LSU's class will be amazing, lets not forget Saban might also have his highest rated class since he's been here.
