Concierge Auctions says the home, on the shores of the mountain lake, was originally listed at $10.95 million, but will be auctioned to the highest bidder...
"The auction is without reserve, so on auction day the property is selling to the highest bidder," Brady said...
Word is it'll prolly go for $4-$5 million($4-$5 mill under original asking price)...
FWIW... This is supposed to be an investment property that Saban owns & not his actual vacation home on Burton...

Does he roll like John L Smith in the real estate market? At that price, he is off to a good start. I think i'd stick to coaching football and sending my money to maybe Northern trust or JPM

Lake Burton/Lake Rabun are beautiful. Beautiful mountains, great fishing, wineries nearby...
