You know how 247 now has skill ratings from 1-10 for prospects? I was wondering if anyone has found someone get a skill rating of 1. The lowest I've seen is Matt Elam] getting two 3s.

He has a Bama offer.

Matt Elam is a noseguard. I can probably guess his skill rating for quickness is low. His rating in power is what will do him well at the next level. Hopefully he takes the NG spot in Alabama's 2014 class. Him or Charles Mosley.
That being said, I really though Alabama was moving towards a quicker, more athletic front.

Vic Wharton, a 3* CB/WR/PR committed to Tennessee, has a 3 on versatility and 4s on intangibles and size.
6 is the lowest among the rest of the Tennessee commits.

quote:He gets a weird rating from 247. He's a rivals 250 and ESPN 300 player. Idk his rating on scout. The 3 on versatility is laughable though. He can play CB, WR, and KR/PR. He plays a little QB in high school too but he won't get a shot at that in college.
