They seem to be getting put in the top 1-3 of every pre-season poll after coming off a great year (yes, finishing 3rd in the SEC west is a great year) with nobody in the mainstream sports media acknowledging their losses which include:

Luke Joeckel Damontre Moore Ryan Swope, Uzoma Nwachukwu, Patrick Lewis, Sean Porter, Jonathan Stewart Kenric McNeal, Spencer Nealy, Dustin Harris, and Steven Terrell.

their schedule isn't terribly difficult outside bama and LSU, so they do have an opportunity to make a BCS bowl, but they could easily go 10-2, losing their only 2 difficult games of the year, granted that is not 6-7 unranked USC, but will the disappointment be comparable if A&M loses their only 2 difficult games all year?

aTm will lost by double digits to Bama and that will drop them out of the Top 10

Not flaming at all. Saban is very successful in revenge games.

aTm loses 4 games, at least. 2012 aTm was almost identical to 2012 USC (already made a thread about it), and 2013 aTm won't be quite as bad as 2012 So Cal.
Doubt they finish in the top 20

The only difference is Manziel will get hurt way earlier in the season than Barkley.
