Just a few reasons why AU is better than everyone

1. We gets the media coverage.. for anything
2. Tony Barbee is reading Green Eggs and Ham to little kids today (probably unwillingly)
3. We make souvenirs out of dead trees.. capitalism at its finest
4. We lose to Vanderbilt.. how can you not love us?
5. Shakey's pizza.
6. Dark blue skies
7. The color orange
8. Lemonade
9. We have a fricking eagle.
10. Haley Center and Parker Hall

Well, Auburn does have a Shakey's Pizza,too. Went there Saturday night. First Shakey's I'd had since the late 70's.

It's interesting how this thread ended up not containing a single thing that actually is pretty cool about Auburn.

I did the same thing while there for A-Day. I hadn't seen a Shakey's forever. I ate there out of nostalgia. I was waiting for a folk singer to sing "I'm leaving on a Jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again" like the one singing the last time I was there as a young lad.
